This strategic move is securing direct market access in Switzerland. With this acquisition we’re not just gaining a trusted brand and a state-of-the-art research and production plant—we’re uniting two companies that share a deep commitment to quality and innovation.The company will continue to operate under the STRUB brand, and both Diana and Marcel Strub will remain members of the management team.   Meet Vhutshilo Mudumela, our Sustainability Specialist! 🌍Based in Johannesburg, South Africa, Vhutshilo has been a driving force at #FUCHS for almost two years, with 11 months in her current role. Her commitment to sustainability shines through in every aspect of her daily work.She is sure, that “Sustainability is ingrained in our approach at every level, by optimizing resources, minimizing energy and water usage, and actively implementing initiatives to reduce our environmental footprint.” She is actively embracing this challenge by enhancing energy management to locally support FUCHS’ ambitious goal to significantly reduce Carbon Dioxide emissions by reducing its Scope 1 & 2 Carbon Dioxide emissions by 42% and Scope 3 by 25% by 2030, followed by an ambitious 90% reduction by 2040 for both Scope 1&2 and 3. Not only because of her dedicated sustainability work but also due to FUCHS’ global initiatives, Vhutshilo’s connection to the company's values gives her great satisfaction.
